匡正,博士后,2021年博士毕业于北京大学前沿交叉学科研究院整合生命科学专业,目前在北京市农林科学院生物技术研究所从事植物miRNA的注释和演化历史的相关研究。主持国自然青年项目1项,参与国自然面上项目1项。已发表SCI论文9篇,其中第一或共同第一作者5篇,另有已第一作者身份向英文生物学系列图书Methods in Molecular Biology供稿1篇。

研究方向

基于基因组、sRNA-seq、机器学习等的植物miRNA注释、miRNA及其靶基因的演化历史解析等。
