杜青伟

2016年于中国海洋大学获得理学硕士学位,2021年于中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所获得理学博士学位,同年进入北京市农林科学院工作。主持北京市农林科学院青年科研基金1项。以第一(含共同)在Science Advances、Journal of Phycology、Journal of Applied Phycology等国际刊物发表多篇论文。

研究方向

主要从事大麦属抗逆性分子机制的研究,以分生组织等生长发育关键部位为研究对象,结合高通量测序(基因组测序、单细胞转录组测序、表观组测序、代谢组测序)和荧光成像等技术,从组织细胞水平、多组学维度解析和挖掘抗逆响应关键核心基因,揭示耐逆境胁迫的分子机制,并通过基因编辑等方法对大麦属进行抗逆性状改良。
