专家介绍

吴忠义

吴忠义博士,研究员。1969年生于福建德化,1988年7月至1998年6月就读于中国农业大学并获得学士、硕士和博士学位。2002年入选北京市科技新星;首都师范大学硕士生导师;北京市农林科学院博士后工作站博士后合作导师。1998年7月至今在北京市农林科学院生物技术研究所工作。 1999年3月至2002年3月在美国马里兰大学细胞与分子遗传系作博士后。

研究方向

长期从事植物逆境分子生物学和生物技术育种方面工作,目前主要从事玉米分子育种工作,致力于建立和完善不依赖于基因型的玉米骨干自交系的高效DNA导入技术,建立和完善玉米骨干自交系的基因编辑技术体系,通过促进玉米根系生长培育抗旱玉米新种质材料。 熟悉学科领域:水分与矿质元素代谢与运输,作物抗逆生理,基因组编辑,植物激素与生长调节物质,作物分子育种,逆境信号转导等。
